About us
Since 1929. Always one step ahead.
Our family business was founded in 1929 by my grandfather and is now run by the third generation. Over almost 100 years, we have continually reinvented ourselves, and our strategy has undergone a fundamental transformation in the process.
Our passion: properties
We have been at home in the property sector since the 1960s. Back then, we took over our first block of flats, including property maintenance and management. This developed into a genuine passion. Later, we invested in further blocks of flats in Vienna. We still look after them today and manage them ourselves.
The next step: PrivateHome.app
We are now taking the next step and launching PrivateHome.app, a property platform that brings buyers and sellers together directly.
